Company Assistant


• Assist in the operations of the company and making us fly!
• Company online marketing activities.
• Helping the recruitment of IT professionals including headhunting, interviewing, etc.
• Work directly with clients and helping manage the various projects, solving issues and ensuring delivery is met.
• Work on a day-to-day basis directly for the CEO
• Social media campaigns (Instagram and Facebook) - Don't worry, we are great at teaching if you need help!


• Native (or Advanced) Czech / Slovak and English (advanced/fluent level) is required - This is important!
• Ability to recruit and interview candidates for us and our clients. (Prior experience is a bonus, but training is provided if you want to learn too)
• People management, including but not limited to recruiting & on-boarding, culture (team harmony and development), etc.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive approach to problem-solving, conceptual thinking.
• Highly professional with business minded and "can-do attitude".
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (advantageous)
• Discretion and confidentiality is essential
• Friendly, energetic and composed under pressure
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal direction.
• Empathetic nature with interpersonal and organisational skills
